    Terms and conditions for the SolarOpower Referral Program

    The following agreement is summarized as follows:

    • You must be 18 years of age to participate.
    • You must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • SolarOpower may email you concerning any missing or erroneous contact information.
    • You will be paid up to a $300 referral, at such time as your referral’s system is installed and operational and logged as such in our sales system.  You will be required to fill out a W-9 prior to receiving payment.
    • Your physical address listed for receiving checks and/or gift cards or restaurant gift cards MUST be your actual address.
    • You agree not to hold SolarOpower liable for anything.
    • Each participant will be required to pay taxes on all incentives, commissions, payouts or checks issued by SolarOpower to you. SolarOpower will provide you with a W-9 for the current tax year.
    • Referrals must be registered with SolarOpower.com or calling 516-502-7060
    • Referral rewards will be paid upon customer’s payment of the final invoice, after completion of the installation.
    • You do not need to be a current SolarOpower customer to make referrals. Anybody can give us a referral.
    • There is no limit for the rewards you can earn. You can refer several customers to us, and we will pay the reward for each project completed.
    • You cannot earn multiple referral rewards for the same project.
